I have worked with communities to better understand their barriers and experiences to increase equitable access to critical services. The Thick Data Company enables participants to select their moderators for better transparency and trust.
Through my public health training for research purposes, I incorporate trauma informed design principles and care in my research process to make sure I facilitate a safe environment so people can freely be themselves without judgment, especially when addressing sensitive topics.
